# $RANGER Token

> Utility, tokenomics, and access tiers for the $RANGER token on Robinhood Chain

\$RANGER is the utility token that powers the Ranger AI assistant on the Robinhood Chain. It gates access to premium usage and will unlock upgraded capabilities as the platform grows.

The token lives on the Robinhood Chain. You can paste this address into Ranger itself for a live security and market snapshot.

## Utility

\$RANGER isn't a passive holding — it's the key to how you use Ranger:

* **Unlimited chats** - Holding \$RANGER lifts the free usage limits and gives you unrestricted access to the AI assistant, on both the web app and X.
* **Platform upgrades** - Very soon, \$RANGER will be usable to unlock upgraded capabilities: deeper analysis, higher throughput, and new tools as they ship.
* **Priority access** - Token-gated features roll out to holders first.

## Tokenomics

The supply is intentionally simple and transparent:

| **Team**        | 5%    | Vested for **6 months** — locked, not sellable at launch |
| **Burned**      | 2%    | Permanently removed from supply                          |
| **Circulating** | 93%   | Freely tradable from launch                              |

The 5% team allocation is on a 6-month vesting schedule, so the team can't dump at launch. The 2% burn is sent to a dead address and gone forever, permanently reducing supply. Everything else — 93% — is circulating and liquid from day one.

## Usage Limits & Access Tiers

Ranger is free to use, with fair-use limits that keep the service responsive for everyone.

### Free tier

On X, each user gets up to **3 replies per day** from [@RangerAI\_tech](https://x.com/rangerai_tech). Tag Ranger under a token, ask a question, or request a rug check — the first three answered questions each day are on the house.

When you hit the limit, Ranger lets you know and points you here. The counter resets daily.

  Casual replies that don't ask anything (a "🔥" or "based" under a thread) don't
  count against your daily limit — only real, answered questions do.

### \$RANGER holder tier

Holding \$RANGER removes the daily cap and gives you **unlimited chats** — ask as many questions as you want, whenever you want. This is the first token-gated benefit, and more upgrades are landing very soon.
